ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Achieve sale target through manage opportunity pipe line, supporting bidding process.
B. LCC calculation, which will support value selling approach
C. Manage distributor’ commercial proposals in the region including price, warranty, delivery term, payment terms.
D. Manage distributor inventory setup in region
E. Manage material sharing within region and others regions, to ensure max wins.
F. Execute the Channel management system
G. Manage performance of channel partner in regions.
H. Run performance evaluation for channel partner in regions
I. Manage marketing event to promote market in region, follow Eaton marketing process including branding, together with marketing team


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Experience with managing customer relations
B. Strong sales and negotiations skills to create win-win situations.
C. Strong drive for results and self-directed personal initiative
D. Clear understanding of Eaton routes to market with a channel mindset.
E. Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials.
F. Strong team building and leadership skills.
G. Be an Eaton Ambassador, coach, and influencer across all levels of the organization both inside Eaton and within the Channel Partner.
H. Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
I. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
J. Product knowledge, market knowledge and established customer relationships within the market area.
K. Technical mindset and approach to problem solving.
L. Establish relationships with key executives and central decision makers within each channel partner.
M. Achieve a position as a broad-based trusted advisor to key decision makers within the partners and in Eaton to drive significant influence and ensure coordination.
N. Demonstrated ability to grow into broader scope role within the organization


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A. To be successful, the incumbent must have the ability to communicate effectively, clearly articulate a vision, and build consensus across organizational boundaries with conflicting goals, accountabilities and drivers.
B. Frequent travel requirements within the country; including international locations travel is 25-50%
C. Position impacts Truck China sales as well as worldwide market share and profitability.
D. Responsible for financial, schedule and technical performance of various business units
