职位描述：
1. Check and audit maintenance organization and efficiency
2. Support maintenance team for hub grading works and modification works, by being in parallel or totally integrated with the organization chart. Help site to implement Veolia’s management.
3. Support site during main maintenance and for organization, schedule, biddings, management, analyze. In order to optimize scheduling, efficiency, safety, and budget.
4. Attend to all operation incident or accident analyze as the external referent.
5. Follow and support site team to implement solution in his field
6. Insure global management of these analyses for the Energy industry and BES and ensure diffusion, checking the situation on other sites and training about it in the other plant.
7. Insure CMMS analyze and benchmark in the relationship with the specialist engineer.
Working Experience：
At least 15 years’ experience in maintenance management on site in a process industry. Ideally in CHP plant.
Experience in BES should be a plus.
Experience in different position, different level of maintenance organization.
Professional Knowledge
1. Successful experience in managing maintenance team in hard environment.
2. Successful experience in implementation of new maintenance team, the new organization, take over.
3. Successful experience in several positions or maintenance management.
4. Global Knowledge in turbine, electrical, automatism, boiler maintenance
5. Have a special expertise in auxiliary mechanical system (pump, valves, solid fuel handling system
