ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements
B. Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
C. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
D. Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.
E. Administrate all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Bachelor degree, major in Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering.
B. 3+ years experience in Fluid Connectors, Hoses, Fittings, Hydraulics components or systems to apply divisional products to a variety of customer requirements in industrial and mobile marketing areas: i.e., Construction, Agriculture, Marine, Metallurgy, Machine Tool, Plastics, Hydro & Thermal Power projects, and etc or well knowledge and skills for distribution business.
C. Practical Knowledge of China hydraulics business, Marketplace and Hydraulic customers.
D. Good analytical/Problem Solving Skills
E. Contract Negotiation skills
F. Knowledge of contract law and project management
G. Acting as ambassador of Eaton and delivering effective presentations

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A. Good Chinese communication and negotiation skills.
B. Good English and PC skills
C. Extensive travel and time away from home and office is usually required.
D. Contacts customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers to resolve technical product application malfunctions to determine if problem was caused by our products, misapplication by the customer, or components supplied by others.
E. Development of new business by application of standard product line or redesign units to meet customer technical requirements.
F. Gathering, evaluating, and forecasting of fluid power marketing data for Eaton and competitor products.
