Job Description

Eaton Industrial Sector, IT organization has an opening for Senior Business Analyst - based in China, located in Wuxi.
A. Business Process Improvement:
• Support in rolling out the best practice, such as ERP Health Check and ERP blueprint, to APAC region
• Based on the knowledge of business and the business apllication system, identify the area to be improved, work out solution and deploy the solution
• Works in a business application system implementation team to provide appropriate support to the project
B. Project management
• Follow the standard project management methodolody to manage project
• Manage cross-function and cross-region team to deliver the project on time and on budget
C. Problem solving
• Investigate the root cause of the problem
• Work out solution to fix the problem
D. Manages relationships with the business team
• Build up trusty relationship with business team
E. Requirements Definition:
• Collect and evaluate the business request, create business requirement document
• Creates technical requirements based on business request and the knowledge of business system
F. Support in driving standard IT process
• Support in deploy standard IT process
• Compliance with standard IT process
G. Support in SOX compliance
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)• Bachelor degree or above
• 5-7 years experience or more in business process improvement, solid ERP knowledge (Oracle or Mfg/Pro preferred), experience in full cycle ERP implementation
• Understand key business process in depth. They essentially could fill a functional materials or finance position given their process knowledge and depth of understanding of the business system.
• Must be able to communicate with users at all levels of the organization. Communications with stakeholders, clients, and internal technical teams is critical.
• Must be able to translate client user requirements into data flows, data mapping etc. Can lead functional requirements gathering and scoping for applications and reports.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to interview user community, understand and document business information requirements.
• Good understanding of project management techniques, PMP preferred
