Essential Functions:
1.Develop new product or revisions to existing products to meet market needs, profitability goals, reliability requirements and manufacturing capability in accordance with standard development practices
2.Collaborate with Eaton Sales, marketing, and end customer to resolve performance/reliability deficiencies with existing products, apply existing products into new platforms, modify existing products to meet customer requirements and conduct customer prototype qualification testing.
3. Collaborate with the manufacturing and supply chain functions to resolve design related manufacturability issues, disposition material that does not conform to product specifications.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain and manufacturing functions to conduct qualification testing of new suppliers, tooling, and processes to ensure continued supply of cost effective and high qualification product.
5. Initiate project plans, which include the schedule actions and the resources required to meet the project objectives, execute projects according to the established plan.
6. Write effective test requires to technician to execute, analyze result and clearly summarize the findings in technical report
7. Perform and document design calculations, generate CAD layouts, and verify all necessary tolerance stack ups for new designs and design revisions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Hydraulic engineering ,Mechanical Engineering
2. 3+ years of experience in hydraulic design( piston products preferred)
3. Excellent Oral and Written English Skills.
4. Open to communication with others
5. Proficient in Pro/E and other PC skills.
