Job Description

Eaton Corporation located in China has openings for Financial Leadership Development Program.

Program Description – Perform a variety of duties within Eaton’s finance functions through a series of three one-year assignments across multiple business units and/or corporate functions. These varied assignments will allow the participant to grow professionally, develop business acumen and spread best practices across the organization.

Essential Functions

A. Work in various positions such as financial analysis, cost accounting, consolidated financial reporting and internal control & governance

B. Assist in the development of financial planning (strategic plans, profit plans and rolling forecasts)

C. Perform financial analysis (variance analysis, cost savings calculations, make vs. buy analysis, identify working capital improvement opportunities and prepare capital appropriations)

D. Develop technical and leadership competencies through participation in multiple training activities

E. Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and procedures, sp read best practices from one location to another and be an advocate on strong internal control and corporate governance.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

Participants' Selection and Criteria

Financial talents are recruited from top-tier universities.

To qualify for the program, candidates should possess:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in business with an emphasis on accounting, finance or economics

- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

- Leadership aptitude and a desire to build a career in accounting/finance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

Remarks: The assignment location will be in Shanghai or other city in China region. First assignment is Jining Site (济宁)
