职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Test tasks planning and arrangement, test resource leverage within Tech Center lab base on PVP and sample timing. Coordinate to book test resource and schedule with Korean and Southfield lab.
B. Collect test data from technicians, and report to test requestors after review and approval.
C. Support AE and PE to finish root cause analysis and troubleshoot during DV and PV testing.
D. Conduct FEPC product testing with equipment and instrument with testing data. Report test results in a clear and concise manner with recommendations if possible;
E. Procure, install and validate testing equipment and fixture to meet different test requirement base on PVP.
F. Develop and apply the technical and diagnostic skills to verify functionality of test equipment
G. Frequently use hand tools as needed to perform specialized tests, troubleshoot/repair equipment, etc. keeping all FEPC testing equipment under good condition.
H. Provide support for related tests in tech center and keep tech center in good 5S.
I. Good communication both in English and Chinese, High standards for personal performance and work ethics. Communicate with experts abroad and at home on testing and test results evaluation when necessary.
J. Finish fixture drawing and statistical analysis use CAD/ProE, MiniTab and related software.
K. Good at office software with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. 10 year working experience, preferable in the automotive industry
B. Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, material engineering, test instrumentation or related field.
C. Test experience on engine, engine components, preferable in fuel valve/SCR/oil tank/after treatment product testing
D. LabView programming and NI instrumentation, sensor connection and wiring experience preferred.
E. 6-sigma green belt as a plus.
F. Electronic test experience as a plus.
G. Supervise experience preferred.
H. Familiar with manufacturing process and fixture design
I. Familiar with MiniTab, CAD/ProE, and MS office.
