5． 公司所有产品的电控安全和EMC测试跟踪；

6． 控制器硬件设计的元器件标准化和电路标准化；

7． 产品控制箱体的方案设计和评审；

8． 控制箱体强电元器件的选型和标准化；

9． 对其他部门提供硬件技术支持；

1． 本科，计算机电力电子，工业自动化等相关专业毕业，有7年以上的家用电器控制器硬件设计经验；

2． 精通家用电器控制器的硬件方案设计，PCB板布局，元器件选型和测试；

3． 熟悉家用电器控制器的开发流程，有项目管理经验者尤佳；

4． 熟悉家用电器控制器的质量考核流程，能制定控制器的实验测试流程和考核目标；

5． 熟悉CE，VDE， UL和3C安全认证标准；了解家用电器EMC测试标准，有实际实验室测试并解决问题经验的人优先考虑；

6． 了解工业控制通讯网络RS485、Canbus等硬件设计和网络布置注意事项；

7． 了解强电元器件选型和电器设计；

8． 做事有条理，善于与人沟通，对工作严谨负责，能带领团队；

9． 能流利的进行英语读写，能听说者尤佳。
