1.本科以上学历 ，制冷或暖通专业，英语四级以上；

2.具有3年以上在空调行业中工作经验；开发过直流变频产品者优先

3.为人忠厚，有高度责任心；

4.有一定的组织和领导能力和较强的沟通能力，有利于以后提升为项目经理；

5.条理性好，逻辑性较强，有良好的团队意识和敬业精神，能够较快适应新工作；

6.对行业有深入的了解，掌握竞争动向、行业趋势与竞争环境，并能够掌握这些变化开发出更加符合消费者需求的高性价比的产品。
