职位描述
职责Responsibilities
1. 根据测试计划、安排测试并指导完成测试，并准备测试报告；
2. 分析和解决测试过程中遇到的各种问题；
3. 负责产品性能、噪音、安全、可靠性测试；
4. 安排实验室设备的维护、保养和检校；
5. 实验室的日常管理，准备并维护相应的管理文件；
6. 培训实验员，提高他们的专业技能；
7. 实验室5S工作的管理。
职位要求Position Requirements
1. 本科以上学历 ，制冷或暖通专业，英语四级以上；
2. 具有3年以上空调行业的工作经验，具备独立设计制冷系统的能力；
3. 具备一定的电气电子知识，有空调性能实验室工作经验者优先；
4. 较强的沟通、组织和领导能力；
5. 有良好的团队意识和敬业精神；
6. 条理性好，逻辑性较强。
