Job descriptions:
Managing the Order processing & material planning
Material Resource Planning in ERP to meet market demand
Make sure material supply and delivery time in line with customer request
Inventory analysis, control and management; ensure Inventory level keep in line with annual inventory target.
Could be able to work with all levels of people to resolve issues, track material availability, and advise on material usage.
Provide key data report for management
Implement cost saving project and achieve the yearly target.
Requirements
University degree with minimum 5 years in the position of leading a Sales Order Processing and Material Planning Team
Experience in Order Processing Material Planning, Inventory Control, Procurement and Supplier Management
Excellent communication skill in both oral and written in English language
Minimum 5 years experience with ERP and material scheduling
Great planning skills and logic analysis ability
Good computer skill especially in data analysis, familiar with all Excel functions
Good communication skills, good team spirit, responsible attitude and be able to work under pressure
