Main Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage domestic sales force to achieve sales targets in Central Region
- Implement sales policies and strategies in Central Region to ensure all are consistent with the company’s long term objectives
- Ensure all the sales activities in Central Region are compliance with legal requirement and company’s regulations
- Participate in regional sales manager business review meeting on quarterly basis
- Prepare sales forecast, establish sales targets and monitor the performance of Central Region against these targets
- Oversee the sales budget in Central Region, monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and sales expenses in Central Region
- Develop and manage sales channels and networks in Central Region
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with channel partners in Central Region, esp. key channel partners
- Support marketing promotions and activities in Central Region
- Manage and coach sales engineers in Central Region

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above education background in Industrial Automation and Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years working experience in sales and sales management
- Sales management skills and people development skills
- Strong understandings on markets and channels of the products
- Experienced in big projects sales, customer oriented
- Excellent innovation spirit
- Good communication and team work
- Good learning ability
