Job Summary

Quality engineer has the responsibilities of process quality control, quality gate inspection control, Work with cross-function teams to solve issues and make continuous improvement of AGCO Global Series tractors.

Job

Responsibilities

1.Non-conformities parts handling and analysis ,solve the issue with related department in time ,make sure line running smoothly

2.Create quality notification and maintain the status of the notification in Apex.

3.attend the NC parts meeting every day to solve parts issue with SQE and IQC together

4.problem solving with related department

5.other task assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

- Good knowledge of problem solving and can understand the drawing and GD&T well

- Global quality standards, methods and practices (ISO 9001, ISO-TS 16949)

- Experience in agricultural machinery assembly and the related machining parts is of advantage

- Good knowledge of Hydraulic system and experience in solving hydraulic system problem

Specific Skill Set Required

1. Have experience in process quality control preferred.

2. Have experience in cross-functional team problem solving.

3.Proficient in quality control tools, such as 8D,5 why,Quality Alert,Poka-yoke etc.

4.Have experience in hydraulic or gear is preferred.
