职位描述：
I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Production planning management; On Time Delivery management;

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
                                                                               
? Maintain parts production planning master data in SAP ? Finish master data within required timeline
? Generate and manage production plan through SAP based on sales order and marketing forecast ? Ensure the production plan generated timely and accurately
? Monitor machine capacity or any other bottleneck to guarantee delivery in time. ? Prepare RCCP and table a proposal for bottleneck
? Track for production order delivery status to ensure on time delivery ? Periodic prepare production order delivery performance report, coordinate with other teams to keep continuous improvement
? Focus on forecast, inventory, in-process status for real and urgent orders to avoid delaying shipment and over stock ? On Time Delivery and inventory performance
? Deal with other production abnormal issue such as machine down ? Coordinate to take the timely action
? Constantly update production schedule based on daily changes and monitor progress day to day, push shortage like material, or any other possibilities. ? Adjust plan accordingly and timely
? Comply with company EHS rules and regulations ?

     
                                                                                                                            
III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain related major
? SAP background knowledge, especially in PP modular


IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
? Be familiar with production planning
? Highly responsible attitude at daily work
? Basic concept of MRP running principle
? Coordination ability in problem solving
? Clear thinking and analytical ability


V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
No leadership at this level is required. However, willing to lead short discussion such as production planning review will be plus


VI. PROBLEM SOLVING:
? Clearly analytical skills
? Manage daily work as per priority setting
? Good communication


VII. NATURE OF IMPACT
The role is expected to offer fully support for sales and operation plan, especially in production planning aspect



IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
? To be honest in daily work
? Clearly express the ideas in daily communication


X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
? Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain related major
? More than 3 years production planning or equivalent experience
? SAP experience in PP module
? Skilled in spreadsheet handling
? Engineering change implementation experience is preferable
