ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Serves as the front end of EU APAC to analyze, design, develop, and/or deliver Strategic Learning Plan (SLP) with clearly identifies learning strategies (e.g. WBT, ILT, OJT, etc.) definition.
B. Actively manages internal client relationships to understand their business needs and propose “integrated” performance solutions.
C. Apply Performance-Centered Needs Assessment (PCNA) in the learning solutions and organize PCNA practitioners training to Business’ training coordinators /analysts to improve their training needs assessment quality.
D. Partner with EU WHQ/Hubs, OD WHQ/Hubs and other internal training/OD professionals to recommend and improve human performance and evaluation/measurement approaches (e.g. process improvement) to clients. Will oversee the design and development process and manage the expectations of internal clients, particularly in the area of leadership development and functional excellence.
E. Provides learning measurement solutions to ensure consistent evaluation of performance and learning solutions in alignment with client expectations.
F. Establishes/updates Instructional Design related policies, process, templates and ensure aligns with current industry trends and best practices.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, and/or instructional design. Masters degree and or certified PMP are preferred.
B At least above 5 year experience in instructional design, learning consulting, and/or OD consulting.
C Expertise in performance analysis tools and techniques (e.g., needs analysis, root cause analysis, flow charting/ process mapping, job roles and responsibilities mapping, developing performance measures, etc.), change management skills, organizational development skills, coaching and development skills.
D High-level instructional design and adult learning theory skills.
E Virtual team management. Cross cultural team building.
F TEM-8 or fluent English writing and communication skill is a plus.
