Job Description

Eaton Corporation, Electrical Sector, Power Distribution and Controls Division, Sales Org. located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province has an opening for Area Sales Leader - IC Fujian & Jiangxi Provinces

The main responsibility of this position is to Lead area sales team to develop customers, cooperate with distributors, execute sales strategy to achieve sales target and increase market share.
Achieve sales target assigned for industry control business by company;
B Visit customers to promote products in the area, and win new business;
C Build relationship to maintain customers and create value for customers;
D Have good business sense to find business opportunity;
E Cooperate with other departments to accomplish his goals;
F Plan and execute sales strategy in Fujian & Jiangxi province;
G Build segment knowhow and learn product knowledge;
H Lead his/her sales team and build organizational capability;

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

- Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering or automation or related;
- At least 5 years relevant sales experience;
- Good communication skills and active attitude, OEM clients resources is a plus;

- Proven academic excellence;
- Business travel needed;

- Willing to work hard and face challenge;
