This SQE position is assigned the commodity of hydraulic, and requires more than 5 years working experience of hydraulic commodity management.
此SQE岗位专门负责液压件物料，要求候选人有5年以上的液压件质量管理经验。

I. POSITION PURPOSE岗位设置目的:

The position is recreated to support AGCO’s China Operations. The position is responsible for all supplier qualification and part qualification process in China for AGCO China Operations and global AGCO locations. The position also is a gateway of communication between AGCO global locations and AGCO suppliers in China. The qualified candidate should be able to assess China supply base capability and train them on AGCO processes and procedures. The candidate will coordinate the China supply base for his or her commodity to ensure that AGCO worldwide locations have access to that information and it can be shared within AGCO organization.


II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY主要职责: KEY MEASUREMENT关键衡量指标:
              
? Supplier SRR audit and open corrective action implementation ? Number of supplier audit and on time completion
? Manage and lead part qualification PPAP process with Chinese suppliers (plus) ? Number of project completed and saving achieved
? Train supplier on AGCO quality requirement (support quality improvement of suppliers) ? Supplier’s performance
? Develop supplier on their quality system and procedure ? Supplier quality evaluation
? Resolve quality issues with Chinese suppliers ? On time issue resolution
? Lead communication between AGCO locations and suppliers ? Speed of project implementation
? Supplier SRR audit and open corrective action implementation ? Number of supplier audit and on time completion
? Comply with company EHS rules and regulations ?

                                                                                                                          
III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE专业知识与技能:

In depth knowledge of quality system such as ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949 etc., expert knowledge of various quality tool including APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA etc. Project Management knowledge


IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE商业知识与技能:

Requires good knowledge about the operations of a manufacturing OEM, especially how quality is impacted, and how it will influence the engineering, production development, manufacturing and customers.


V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT领导力/人员管理:

As the role of project manager, the candidate should have desire to lead and convince other to participate in working with suppliers, and skillful project management with different functions. He or she should be able to lead the product development from SQA point of view and make sure that the product launch is not impacted by supplier issues.


VI. PROBLEM SOLVING解决问题能力:
Familiar with quality tool and resolve problem under required time schedule. Good attitude in the problem solving with supplier and AGCO locations


VII. NATURE OF IMPACT影响力类型

The impact will be both internal and external as the quality of the parts and suppliers will impact internal AGCO manufacturing and external customer satisfaction.

VIII. AREA OF IMPACT影响范围:

The position has substantial impact on the company profit as the success and timely completion of supplier approval and localization process is critical to stay competitive and meet our savings targets. It also significantly influences the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction index.

IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS与人 沟通技巧:

As the project leader for suppliers in his or her commodity scope, the SQA engineer is required to have high communication and leadership skills in order convince his audience and to get his or her message through. The position is expected to communicate, manage, motivate and challenge suppliers and internal AGCO functional teams. This will not be accomplished without a great interpersonal skills focusing on managing for outcome.

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES资格与经验:

？ Must have Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in quality and/or manufacturing.
？ Must have working knowledge of one or more manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, stamping, welding and machining
？ In depth knowledge of TS16949, QS9000 and well experienced in supplier auditing and supplier development
？ Proven successful record in multi-national companies
？ Team player, self-motivator, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure
？ Candidates with knowledge of lean manufacturing and fundamental statistics skill is preferred
？ Good oral and written English skills are required to facilitate effective communication in a multi-culture environment
？ Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time – work at supplier side
