职位描述：
1. Understand the integrated financial system (PC-based, Oracle software with dual-language capability) especially on the costing/inventory management/fixed assets management side.
熟练运用电脑及财务系统（能用两种语言操作Oracle系统），特别是成本分析，存货管理和固定资产管理方面。
2. Accurate, timely generation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports in accordance with headquarters’ requirement.
根据总部的需要及时准确地提供月度季度年度财务报告。
3. Work with sales team for topline forecast preparation and analysis
每月月度预算之前，跟销售团队一起准备销售预测和分析报告
4. Analysis of commercial operations, including price/volume analysis, consolidated local profit, mix impacts, etc.
每月负责销售成本分析，包括量差价差等，并要求从各种维度包括从产品角度，从客户角度等等对产品的盈利进行分析
5. Work with sales team and product strategy Mgr. for new business quotation and make cost-quantity-profit analysis for each sales order.
负责对新产品新项目报价分析以及准备销售报价和对每个订单进行成本毛利分析。
6. Responsible for Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) preparation for new capital investment.
负责为新项目投资准备CAR
7. Monthly tracking capital investment and prepare Capital spending forecast.
跟踪固定资产支出以及月度预测
8. Defining and applying the Customer Credit policy in collaboration with the Sales department, in order both to control and limit the credit risk and reduce the amount of the credit given by the company without hampering the business.
根据公司财务的财务政策，对客户的信用天数和额度进行控制，并和共享中心完成年度更新
9. Set up and maintain standard cost if necessary.
设定和维护标准成本。
10. Make sure maintain fix assets list and CIP to FA on time and perform physical FA count per policy.
及时准确的维护固定资产信息，及时把在建工程转成固定资产，根据政策要求进行固定资产盘点。
11. Handle such as enterprise annual check, annual corporate income tax application, apply all subsidy etc. all governmental transactions.
处理一些其他事务，例如公司的年度财务审计，税务审计，和一些政府部门的检查等。
12. Ensure all the activities carried out by him/herself and the subordinates meet ISO 14001 standards and requirements.
确保所做的每项工作都符合ISO 14001的标准和要求。

? Bachelor degree in finance or accounting;
? At least 5 years experience in finance including at least 3 years experience in foreign manufacturing company with a strong emphasis on cost accounting;
? Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operations analyzes/reports.
? Good oral and written English, communication skills;
? Proficient with MS packages(Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) needed to analyze and report data;
? Knowledge of ERP-Oracle system & Report system ;
? Able to learn quickly and willing to take up challenges;
