Job Purpose/工作目的:

To provide *QC service* and technical advice & support to ensure that customer’s quality standards & requirements are met.

为工厂提供QC/技术建议及支持，以保证产品符合客户质量要求。

Job Description/工作描述:

1. Conduct in-line and final product inspections against customer’s quality manual/依照客户质量手册，进行生产过程及最终产品检验

- Inspect grey, in-line and finished fabric & final product Garment

检验（坯布，半成品）成品布及服装

- Review shipment samples

检查船样

- Solve minor quality issues with factories

解决生产中发生的一般质量问题

- Prepare, consolidate, update and file inspection reports

准备，整理并更新检验报告

- Investigate reasons for product rejections

分析产品被拒原因

- Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality

problems/ (为工厂提供技术建议以解决生产和质量问题）

- Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements

为工厂制定解决问题的时间表

2. Review samples to ensure that they meet product specifications

样品检验以确保符合产品要求

- Review samples such as construction, workmanship, quality, and

measurement and write sample comments

样品检验内容：结构，工艺，质量及尺寸，并完成样品检验报告

- Approve sample specifications and quality

(样品质量确认）

- Identify and resolve sample issues such as workmanship and measurements etc./(发现并解决工艺及尺寸等样品问题）

- Discuss customer’s comments and improvement areas with customers, factories and merchandisers

向工厂及业务人员准确传达客户对于样品的评论及改善要求

3. Provide technical control, advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising staff

向工厂，客户及业务人员提供技术控制，建议和支持。

- Explain customers’ basic requirements and standards to factories

向工厂正确解释传达客户对于产品的基本要求和标准

- Provide advice on grading scales / tolerance levels to factories

向工厂提供公差及评级标准

- Discuss work progress and issues and difficulties encountered with merchandisers/与业务人员探讨工作进展和难题

- Give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality

(根据工厂产能及设备情况，适时提供建议和支持以确保产品质量）

- Anticipate problems / defects that may arise in the manufacturing process/预测生产中可能出现的问题/疵点

- Answer merchandisers’ enquires on quality / materials issues

回应业务人员的质量和材料疑问

4. Conduct initial audits for new factories when needed.

（ 根据需要进行验厂工作）

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management

完成直接上司及公司管理层所安排的其它工作

Job Requirements/工作要求:

1. Education Level: College or University graduate with textile background.

教育程度：专科以上，纺织或服装专业。

2. Working Experience: 5-7 years experiences in Manufacturing Industry or Buying/Trading office on fabric/garment fields.

工作经验：5-7年以上在工厂或外贸公司等服装领域的工作经验。

3. Good knowledge of ISO9000/AQL2.5/4/American 4 Point System.

熟悉( ISO9000/AQL2.5/4/)美国4分制验货标准。

4. Good technical knowledge on textile.

良好的纺织技术经验。

5. Language Skills: Good on written English, Intermediate level of oral English.

语言要求：良好的写作能力，口语一般。

6. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.

电脑技能：能够熟练使用microsoft办公软件。

7. Detail-oriented, Responsible, Work under supervision and pressure.

注重细节，认真负责，能够承受工作压力。

8. Willingness to inspect according to standards given.

愿意按照指定标准进行验货。

9. Travel Requirements: Frequently.

适应频繁出差要求。
