职位描述：
Job Duties

1.Perform Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting :
(1) Helping Controller fulfill Monthly forecast preparation; Strategic Plan and Profit Plan preparation.
协助财务总监完成滚动预测，年度财务预算和战略计划的编制
(2) Helping Controller Analyze operating results and balance sheet elements to determine and recommend profit and/or cash flow improvement opportunities.
协助财务总监分析工厂运营结果和资产状态，提供发现和改进利润和现金流的机会
(3) Lead the monthly closing and forecasting closing process with related analyses.
领导月末结账和预测及分析工作
(4) Prepare and evaluate CAR analyze, drive growth and margin improvement by localization Project, providing financial guidance necessary to produce returns.
完成投资花费分析，为本地化项目提供有关的财务数据，支持业务的增长和利润的改善
(5)Prepare and evaluate business cases that drive profitable growth including new products and margin improvement (price/cost-out).
通过业务模型的分析，提出新产品在售价、成本控制、利润等方面的改进
(6)Active engagement in product costing and analysis and transfer pricing linked to growth strategies.
参与有关成本分析和公司内部关联交易转移定价
2.Ensure compliance with PRC and US GAAP and on time submission of mandatories reports.
提供伊顿内部和中国法令的各种财务报表, 包括满足美国总公司和中国政府管理部门要求的文件
3. Helping Controller Enhance internal controls and processes; including SOX、IA documentation, site approval matrix setup and lead the finance and site teams to prepare for internal audit, finance functional review etc.
协助财务总监提高和改善内控制度、流程的完善，并定期进行回顾,完成内、外部审计
4.Support all other functions to drive company performance.
支持其他运营部门
5. Leading other accountants, keep study and fulfill his work with high efficiency; bring up and develop finance team successor.
领导其他岗位的财务人员，不断学习、高效完成本职工作，培养、发展财务部后备力量。
6. Manage and improve current Finance system and keep MFG/Pro & Oracle running properly, keep the finance and manufacture as one union, meet the requirement of business development.
改善和管理目前的财务MFG & Oracle系统，保持财务和制造两系统的统一来保证业务发展的需求

Requirements
A、教育背景：本科及以上学历，学士。
Bachelor degree or equivalent .
B、工作经验：具有7年以上在工厂工作的经验，3年在财务管理岗位。
Plant experience in MFG, 7 years working experience with at least 3 years working
experience in Fin management position.
C、专业知识和技能：熟悉ERP 系统，如：Oracle、SAP系统、较好的会计基础和成本分析知识等。
Good knowledge on ERP system, Oracle SAP ，Strong foundation of accounting principles
