职位描述：

Position Overview:

- Coordinate with sales team, operation team to ensure a strong maintenance of company’s existing clients and newly gained business.

- Implement In line with Shandong Region account maintenance program to achieve company’s target.

- Fully engage with regional key account team to establish local connection with core customer for new business development

Position Accountabilities:

-Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO 9001 standard;

-Ensure a healthy maintenance of company’s key customers in line with Shandong Region account maintenance program;

-Look after assigned accounts in terms of contract/quotation/SOP maintenance and update, performance review and reporting, problems/claims investigation and solving etc.;

-Develop new business with multiple products as integrated solution from existing accounts to achieve the company’s financial target.

-As local contact window, ensure a smooth alignment with regional and global counterparts for tenders and RFQs from Shandong Region related key accounts

-Fully engage with cooperate & regional KAM team to establish local connection with core

-Customer for new opportunity development.

-Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

-Academic degree in economics, marketing, business administration or a similar field

-Minimum 3 years’ experience in international freight forwarding industry

-Knowledge of international trade and relevant laws, regulations, process and procedures

-Knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office suite, Customer Service Applications, Tracking + Tracing tools, supply chain modeling and/or logistics software etc.)

-Strong presentation skills (Ability to present complex solutions to internal and external parties on all levels)

-Proficient in written and spoken business English
