？ To lead the research on EMC & EMI related activities of high frequency power electronics converters, including advanced EMI filter design, converter packaging, pcb layout design, and etc.
？ To generate new ideas / solutions on the mentioned areas respective to LV products including PV inverter, EV charger, UPS, power supply.
？ To perform the hardware prototyping and related electrical measurement.
？ Prepare document and presentation on the results and findings to Business Units.

？ Ph.D. degree / Master degree with 3+ years working experience in power electronics related EMC & EMI areas.
？ Solid theoretical background with 3+ publications in renowned transactions / journals.
？ Hands-on experience in laboratory work.
？ Familiar with power electronics converter AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC topologies.
？ Proficient in PCB layout with Altium Designer.
？ General programming skills on DSP or FPGA.
？ Self-motivated, high curiosity and able to work under pressure.
？ Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
？ Good in both oral and written English.
