Mission 使命：

执行人力资源日常性事务工作(招聘/培训/绩效等)，协助上级制定实施人力资源目标及计划，以实现人力资源最优配置。
Perform HR daily affairs work (recruitment/training/performance/etc.). To assist HR Manager to set out HR goals plans. to achieve the optimal configuration of human resources.

 Responsibilities：

1、协助上级执行培训相关工作；
  Assist the HR Manager to implement training work;
2、协助做好招聘与任用的工作；
Assist to do recruitment employment work;
3、协助进行人力资源相关数据的统计和分析，并提出建设性建议；
Assist in related HR data collection and analysis, propose creative improvement suggestions;
4、协助上级建立积极正向的员工关系，有效的实施人才管理；
Assist HR Manager to build positive employee relationship, to implement talent management effectively;
5、其他HR相关工作。

Requirement：

1) Bachelor degree with major HR, business administration, English. etc.
本科及以上学历，人力资源管理，工商管理，英语专业优先。
2) At least 3 years working experience in HR.
至少3年相关工作经验。
3）Good spoken written English.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
4）Be energetic, careful, proactive in personality, have good learning communication skill, have good teamwork spirit.
严谨，细心，工作积极主动，有良好的学习能力和沟通技巧，有良好的团队合作意识。
5）Familiar with local lablaw regulation related operation procedure。
熟悉劳动法相关规定和操作流程。
6）Good MS office skill, especially in Excel.
