职位描述：
Position / Job Title ：Controller – Plant
Reporting To (Title)：General Manager – Plant
Superior’s Superior (Title)：Vice President, China
1. Implementation of internal controls environment required to safeguard site assets
? Development, communication, implementation, and management of necessary internal controls to support the business as it evolves from Greenfield to production site.
2. Accurate and timely closing and reporting of financial results.
? Coordinate the all monthly closing activities.
? Complete all necessary monthly reporting and analysis for site, regional and corporate offices.
3. Accurate and timely management of all treasury related activities to support IFC loan and corporate office support.
? Responsible for the on-going compliance with IFC credit agreement and facility.
? Ensure adequate funding to support future cash obligations and requirements for the entity.
4. Responsible for the completion of all site cash projections, forecasts (LE) and budgeting processes
? Coordinate the completing of all projections required to support the site and regional, corporate requests.
? Responsible for the coordination and completion of annual budget process.
5. Responsible for the coordination of all audit related activities for the sites in support of the IFC credit facility and to support corporate consolidated reporting
? Coordinate all audit activities including the completion of audit requests and work papers to ensure the on-time completion of the annual audit and related financial statements.
6. Ensures on-going compliance with local, statutory, and tax authorities.
? Maintains proper communication with local bureaus of offices to ensure compliance with all regulatory responsibilities.
Position Requirements ：
Knowledge：
Large Project and Capital tracking experience

· IFRS and US GAAP Experience

· Product Costing experience

· Joint Venture / Minority Partner Accounting

· Credit Management Experience – i.e. Sr. facility management

· Treasury and Cash Management

· Taxation, provisions, tax filing and VAT

· Organizational Development – Recruitment and development of teams

· Strong English and Writing skills

· Global International experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related areas.
Prior experience in a medium to large company in the areas of:
? Manufacturing / Cost Accounting
? Foreign Exchange
? Treasury / Credit Management
? Information Systems
Skills：
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
Previous Management experience.
Ability：
Strong Information Systems Aptitude
Team Orientation.
