Job Purpose Summary:
The Plant HRBP assists China Regional HRBP in supporting the people management functions in the plant that underpin the business culture. The broad areas include: recruitment, development, employee matters, compensation and benefits, reward, communications and performance management.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To standardize HR operational process& policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations via payroll, social security, housing funds, attendance, employee relationship, on boarding and exit processes, etc.in the local area.
- To assist HRBP, China to implement in the area the global/BU HR management policies, procedures and guidelines with regards to Maxam talent management systems, C&B policy, internal communication guidelines, etc.
- To ensure all HR activities strictly follow the labor law & other compulsory regulations of national wide and locality; to handle all local labor tribunal cases if any.
- To be in charge of payroll administration of the plant and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth, efficient and compliance operation.
- To assist HRBP, China with the implementation of overall recruitment processes whenever needed to improve the effectiveness of hiring and Employer Branding in local markets.
- To develop and evaluate the local hiring channels, and to deliver recruitment services of workshop workforces as main focus.
- To execute HR targets derived from Biz needs and regional HR to ensure focused systematic and sustained Human Resource management contributions to the business success.
- To maintain data updating for the Human Resources Information System that are implementing/going to implement in the plant.
- To ensure well maintaining of personnel files.
- To compile thorough personnel database, job data that are needed for the various HR reporting, analyzing, planning tasks.


HR Business Partner, China
MANAGER
- To assist HRBP, China in reviewing the employee handbook, and to implement in the local area; to review the staffs’ rules and regulations (or disciplinary) on a regular basis.
- To coordinate in the local area with the Personnel Budget, HC planning, and personnel costs management issues.
- To coordinate in locality for the HR budgeting, manpower planning, personnel cost tracking jobs.
- To follow up in locality for the implementation of Maxam dialogue, training and development plans, talent review and succession planning, etc.
- To organize locally necessary HR meetings and produce HR reporting.
- To contribute to a climate of trusting cooperation to create the basis for teams that performs well and works efficiently.
- To follow regular internal and external audit request; to process improvements derived from audit activities.
- To train, supervise, develop HR assistant.
- Any other HR jobs assigned by HRBP, China.

Involve in all HR aspects related with Maxam Chemicals (Shandong) Company, Ltd.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the team.
- Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people
Critical competencies

Technical Competences:
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years human resources experience.
- Strong understanding of local employment law.
- Having knowledge of business sector of company.
- Fluent English.
