职位描述：
Main Responsibilities/主要工作职责：

Review the design drawing. Carry out the on-the-spot investigation, survey and draw. Complete the rough estimation for civil work. Coordinate the design institute to modify and improve the design drawing as required.
负责土建图纸的审核，工地现场考察、勘察、测绘，进行土建工程概预算，督促设计单位按要求对图纸进行修改和完善；

Support the tendering and attend the FAQ meeting for tendering documentation clarification. Draft the concerning contractual clauses in civil engineering. Check the civil work quotation to compliance with regulations.
协助招标工作，参加招标工程图纸答疑，草拟土建专业相关合同条款，审核土建专业报价是否符合相关规定及各项收费是否合理；

Control the quality / progress / safety / cost during civil work construction. Maintain documentation collection and to put file in order. Solve the technical problems.
负责土建施工质量、进度、安全、成本控制和资料收集整理，解决施工中出现的具体专业技术问题；

Check the quantity based on monthly progress by sub-contractor. Comments should feedback to project manager for monthly payment to sub-contractor.
根据分包商月进度审核其工程量并对月度工程款支付出具初步意见；

Organize to check the as-built documentation and to carry out the preliminary inspection to sub-construction or single construction. Organize the civil work completion checking and acceptance and raise the comments for civil work final finance settlement.组织人员审查竣工资料并对单位工程及单项工程进行初验，组织土建工程竣工验收，做出土建工程结算审核意见；

Requirements / 任职要求：

Bachelor degree in structure, civil, construction or related engineering discipline.
大学本科及以上学历，工民建、土木工程、建筑施工类相关专业；

More than 3 years in civil engineering working experience.
3年以上土建相关领域施工工作经验;

Familiar with related regulation / policy of state and local. Familiar with civil work construction drawing, construction management and related construction code. Master the basic construction procedure concerning project plan, design, construction and completion inspection.
熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工管理和有关土建的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序；

Familiar with drafting the civil work BOQ and quotation. Know information of engineering estimation and materials price.
熟悉土建工作量清单及组价编制，了解市场工程造价信息及材料信息；

Mobility to travel and stay on construction sites.
能够适应长驻施工现场。

Holding with the certificate of Registered State 1st Class Building Officer or Supervision Engineer is preferred.
持有国家注册一级建造师证书或监理工程师证书优先；

Fluent English speaker is preferred.
英语口语流利者优先；

Construction experience of steel structure or industrial workshop is preferred.
有钢结构或工业厂房施工经验者优先；

Construction experience of hydraulic engineering is preferred.
有水工构筑物施工经验者优先；

Construction experience of landfill or solid waste treatment facility is preferred.
