职位描述：
职责表述：遵守本部门相关管理制度，完善和规范公司相关管理工作。

根据公司发展状况，适时对本部门相关管理制度提出修订意见，并进行相应的修改及完善。

1、公司技术标准的制/修订工作。组织编制和修订施工标准、断面分析标准、成品试验标准；

2、公司新产品的研究开发工作。实施新产品的轮廓设计、产品图设计和胎侧图设计、施工表设计、产品试制和性能验证；

3、对产品质量的调查和改进。调查产品出现的质量问题，实施改进产品质量；

4、开展重大工艺攻关。调查工艺问题出现的原因，针对原因制订解决方案，

实施解决方案



职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，高分子材料、力学、工业设计及相关专业

2、在子午胎生产部门实习一年以上，熟悉轮胎产品、生产工艺及子午胎结构设计原理。

3、掌握橡胶理论、轮胎工艺，熟悉质量管理理论

4、掌握办公软件使用方法、熟练操作画图专用软件，具备基本的网络知识以及相关统计技术

5、较强的团队合作精神、责任心
