1.建立和管理售后服务团队；
2.制订和实施售后服务、配件、结算政策和流程，高效完成产品售后调试及维修工作，并控制三包费用；
3.组织实施对维修点的考察、签约、培训、技术支持和考核；
4.组织实施对营销团队和售后人员提供产品技术指导、培训、考核；
5.负责处理用户和销售商的重大投诉；
6.及时反馈产品市场质量信息，协助并推动产品质量不断完善；
7.其他上级领导所交付的任务；
任职要求：
1.暖通或制冷专业
2.至少5年制冷暖通售后工作经验，2年以上制冷暖通售后管理经验
3.具备空调暖通的基本知识；熟悉各类空调的应用，售前、售后服务的流程及操作；熟悉各类空调系统，有水机经验优先；
