职位描述：

I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes that assure product quality, operators’ safety and operation efficiency.




II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
·Implementation/improvement of the processes under his/her responsibility
·Development and update of work instruction and process controls
·Support the achievement of productivity and quality targets
·MBOM update
·SAP data update
·Operators training

KEY MEASUREMENT:
·Timing according schedule, cost according budget
·Updated documentation available for operators
·Productivity, RFT, defects per unit
·MBOM updated according to latest EBOM (and ECNs)
·SAP mfg data updated (routines, std time, MBOM)
·Operators skills to produce the product in the area under his responsibility




III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:


- BS degree in Engineering, major in electrical engineering will be preferred
- Master degree will be considered a plus
- Experience in manufacturing engineering in agriculture or related automotive industry
- Experience in manufacturing processes, new facilities/processes set up, mfg projects management and new product launch activities
- Advanced English skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in machining and heat treatment processes
- CNC programming knowledge


IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

- Experience in manufacturing, assembly and test
- Experience in process / product quality
- Experience in continuous improvement across area of responsibility, safety, and lean manufacturing in production system
- Proficient in CAD, layouts, assembly drawings and/or component part drawings required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Desirable knowledge of Pro-E
- Desirable experience with SAP

VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:

The job holder will impact mainly manufacturing. But he will interact with other departments for cross functional tasks (Engineering, Purchasing, Finance,…)
Indirectly, he/she will also impact external customers by assuring his processes are under control and deliver high quality products.

- 5+ years of hand-on Manufacturing experience in agriculture or related qualification in automotive industry
- Advanced English skills, French is a plus
