Mission Statement: Develop or create products, systems, services or technologies for ABB′s Business Units by leading and managing the execution of one or more complex R&D projects or a program to meet project targets. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Lead in partnership with business managers, steering groups, product management and external parties and ensure value creation.
2. Main Accountabilities:
a) Project leadership
b) Project execution and control
c) Manage uncertainties and risks
d) Collaboration and Networking
e) Mentoring and coaching
f) Stakeholder relations
3. Familiar with GIL/GIB related technology and development, especially key technologies including internal posting insulator, various compensators (long distance axial compensator, bottom/top compensator for long distance vertical GIL, etc.), critical application solutions (long lengthen axial tube, long distance vertical arrangement, incline arrangement, tunnel GIL, water immersion, soil buried, etc.)</p><br><p>1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
2. Basic knowledge of GIL/GIB and GIS is requested
3. Familiar with GIL/GIB R&D project execution
4. 3 years or above GIL/GIB R&D and related project experience
5. Fluent and high quality English listening, speaking and writing.</p><br>
