岗位职责：
1. Scheme firmware development tasks of motor drive project.
2. Optimization firmware design to enhance the competitiveness of VFD product.
3. Analyze and solve problems found in drive with team to ensure or even accelerate development progress.
4. Manage the firmware team and build organization ability to meet department growing requirement.
5. Embedded firmware design experience.
6. C, C++, language experience.
7. Variable frequency drive development experience
8. Systematical understanding Firmware development flow
9. Industrial communication protocol experience.
10. Motor control algorithm/application development experience
任职要求：
Education/Experience:
-MS degree in related field with 4~6years experience required
-BS degree in related field with 6~8years experience required, from similar product development areas.
Technical:
-Good background in at least one of the following areas – required:
1. Motor drives or servo drives system development.
2. Embedded system (ARM Cortex-M4) development experience.
-Hands-on experience on development, prototyping, and validation of power electronics or motor systems – required
-Proficient utilization of the following tools – required:
1. C/C++ language
2. IAR Embedded Workbench/CCS Embedded Workbench
-Experience in the following areas – preferred:
1. Motor drives application
2. Motor control algorithm
-Professional:
1. Good English communication skills (oral and written) – required
2. Strong interpersonal and team playing skills – required
