职位描述：
List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results), which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.

Maintain and control the inventory to meet production plan and the customer requirements. Manage inventory to achieve DOH target. Make inventory EIO analysis. Champion of plant cycle count.
Regularly interface with the Sales function to forecast, SIOP, and control the flow of materials.
Keep tracking Order Past Due, Orders Backlog, GIT information and make shipment according to goods availability and customer needs.
Maintain necessary database to develop a Master Production Schedule to support customer requirements and efficient manufacturing processes.
Develop cost reduction programs that reduce internal costs and vendor costs.
Maintain direct vendor relations with the key vendors. Control the Logistic functions for high customer satisfaction and minimum cost.
Schedule raw material by using MRP system.
Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers and vendors.
Define the standard operation process in warehouse, achieve the operative logistic targets (delivery dates and quality) in the warehouse

Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which your position requires.

University degree in business admin/engineering/hydraulics
At least 5 year work experience on logistics/SCM in multi-national company
Excellent analytical ability; good knowledge of computers, PC's, and data input/output
Basic knowledge of ERP/MRPII system
Fluent in oral and written English & Mandarin
Hard-working, patient and initiative
