职位描述：
Job Duties

Performance MRO purchase activities comply with indirect material purchasing procedure and ensure timely order release and track supplier delivery/user receiving and payment to supplier.
Make sure all purchase activities transactions maintained in system on time.
Work with applicant engineer to ensure the products or service to meet the specification.
Supplier performance management to continuous improves cost, quality, and delivery.
Compile the MRO purchasing documents and evidence for audit and supplier contract file.
Drive cost reduction through supplier consolidation, price negotiation or Kanzen activity implementation
Perform good communication and relationship with inter customers and suppliers.
Continuous improving MRO purchase process through management approval for better purchasing efficiency cost and delivery.
Eaton MESH accountability: Your commitment towards environmental protection is to minimize and eventually, eliminate the use of hazardous substances, promote constant recycling efforts and recovery of resource materials used wherever possible
Coach team member to continuous improve team purchasing capability.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.


Requirements
Bachelor degree in engineering.
Above 5 years experience in MRO purchasing area and sourcing activities.
Be familiar with ISO9000 /14000 or TS Quality System.
Strong problem solving skill on operation execution.
Strong coordination and communication skill with inter and external customer and supplier.
Strong negotiation skills with the suppliers
Good command of verbal and written English
Good summary / data analysis skill.
