职位描述：
工作职责/ Key responsibilities:

1. 系统录入，根据客户的委托完成系统录入；

Key in the system, based on customer booking information;

2. 客服完成订舱后，发送入货通知给客户；

Send booking confirmation to customer after CS booking with carrier;

3. 发送提单确认给客户，并于截单前确认提单；

Send B/L draft to customer and get the confirmation before SI cutoff;

4. 安排拖车报关；

Organize customs clearance and pickup;

5. 船开后发送账单给客户；

Send Billing to customer after vsl departure;

6. 确认付款后签发派送提单给客户；

Release B/L to customer after get payment;


技能要求/ Requirements:

1.大学本科及以上学历，物流和国际贸易相关专业，英语四级以上；

Bachelor degree, major in Logistics or Int’l trading related discipline,CET4;

2.一年以上海运操作工作经验； 有报关经验全面熟知报关流程；

Over 1 year working experiences in ocean operation;

3.工作细致，责任感强；

Meticulous and responsible;

4.有良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决问题；

Good communication skills, and independent problem-solving capability;

5.较强的分析、判断和执行能力；

Good analytical skills and executive ability;

6.熟悉计算机操作，精通Microsoft Office Excel, Word etc。

Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word etc;
