？ 审核质控报表并定期发布质量报表
？ 实时追踪生产过程中的废品产生并及时控制废品走势
？ 结合实际生产过程制定每年的单位废品材料成本和转化成本
？ 计算降低废品项目的经济效益;核算由于废品的产生而应补税金额
？ 分析成本差异, 通过比较配方的变化和废品的效能控制预测原材料成本的经济节约效益
？ 准备工业控制报告月报和周报
？ 结合实际生产流程，参与并计算提高生产效率的项目所产生的经济效益
？ 在投资预算可控范围内，计算投资项目的投资收益率
？ 定期准备原材料成本分析报告和能源分析报告编制公司成本计划，并进行控制、核算、分析和考核，督促本公司有关部门降低消耗、节约费用、提高经济效益。
？ 完成领导交办的其它工作。
任职资格:
教育背景:
◆会计、财务、审计或相关专业本科及以上学历。
经 验:
◆3年以上企业财务工作经验，有丰富成本控制工作经验。
技能技巧:
◆熟悉国家财税法律规范、财务核算、财务管理、财务分析、财务预测等财务制度和业务；
◆熟悉国家会计法规，了解税务法规和相关税收政策；
◆良好的口头及书面表达能力；
◆熟练应用财务软件和办公软件；
◆熟练的英文读写能力。

Tongli Tyre Co., Ltd.is a joint venture by Hixih Group and Italy Pirelli Group. The main products of the company are mid- to high-end industrial Tyres. Tongli Tyre is located in Hixih Industrial City of Yanzhou District, Jining City.
