职位描述：
1. Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and policies
Ensure that the organization’s safety, health and environmental management system, process and procedures meet the applicable governmental rules and regulations, and Aditya Birla SHE policies and standards. Responsible for establishing and maintaining SHE management system, implementing emergency programs, managing site SHE facilities, managing security control.

2. Set goals & objectives, develop project site SHE

Develop project site and department SHE and the related action plans, and drive to implement them to achieve the organization’s SHE goals and objectives. Organize the safety risk assessment in each function /area, audit the field, develop actions and ensure effective implementation.

 3、Advisory and auditing role
  Advise and consult management on SHE-specifics matters and /or issues impacting the organization. Organize auditing and review to ensure good implementation of SHE management system. Lead safety incident investigation. Manage the approval process of work permits.

 4、Functional leadership
Leading project site SHE engineers from EPC contractors and other sub-contractor .Provide functional leadership and guidance to the site SHE team including SHE engineers and assistant, provide strong support other functions/area and sub-committees to ensure implementation of related SHE improvement action programs
Work together with EPC Contractors and other subcontractors.
5. Training, education and development
Proactively work with other functions/area to continuously improve the organization’s safety culture, skills and awareness. Organize SHE training programs and provide support to each area on SHE training. Promote safety culture.
Set up and implement CCJN SHE training system
6. Organizes or “Lessons Learned” project review
Work with all project team members
7. Set up CCJN SHE dept.



Good communication skills and strong execution leadership
Less than 40 years old (can be flexible )
Jining local people is preferred
Can use English working in both oral and writing
Min. 10-12 years working experience in plant/project SHE management in foreign company in chemical industrial.
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or chemical or engineering or related discipline 举报 分享
