Essential Functions:
A Lead the launch and running team for new line set-up ; and HV line set-up to SOP
B Manage the team for flawless launch of all new projects

F Supervise the team process standardization
Lead and drive to solve the daily various onsite issues to ensure the stable process and quality
Responsible for process capacity analysis and management;
G Lead or participate in on-line problem solving activities utilizing defined analytical methods. Work closely with Production (management, team leaders, and operators) to identify issues and/or opportunities for improvement proactively, and drive actions to resolve or improve.
H Lead process changes or introduce engineering changes with the guidance from Product engineering. Support SCM’s components localization activities for cost out.
I Work closely with Quality on customer quality issues to enable problem resolution and prompt customer response. Communicate with customers as needed to understand issues and explain resolution.
J Support and/or lead the implementation of ELSS, EHS Directives, EQS, and other EBS initiatives as needed. Coach the operators and other persons needed to deploy ELSS.
K Evaluate the potential suppliers for equipment and tools. Specify technical requirement, recommend eligible blue print.
L Evaluate annual expense and capital projects for normal products. Make sure the expense and capital are under control initiatively.
M Generate and maintain documentations of standardized work, quick setup, and operation balance, PFMEA etc. to optimize the productivity, equipment utilization and improve product quality.
N. High accountability for process safety, operation safely by designing and developing the better toolings, machines for production
M Lead the new project/new machine investigation, technical agreement, participate in negotiation, external and internal run-off, installation, debugging , lead the ramp-up plan till the machine/line released in production

Specilalized Knowledge:
A. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Hydraulic Power
B. More than 10 years working experience in relevant field with knowledge of engineering principles, practices and experience of technologies used in company’s products
C. Has the experience to lead a >10 engineers team, knows how to manage and drive the team to achieve the goal
D. Well understanding and practices of PFMEA, APQP,PPAP, Control Plan, SPC,DOE
E. Experience in fixture, tooling design and layout design and material heat treatment knowledge
F. Familiar with CAD using
G. Strong background and finish machining
H. Strong problem solving skills
I. Know heat treatment principle and prepare the parameter and set up test to verify the parameters
J. Good written English skill
