职位描述：
Job Summary
Design and develop driveline components to ensure superior performance, durability, reliability, quality and serviceability to the worldwide marketplace. The job holder will focus on medium horse power tractors design but not only limited to this product.
The job holder will also support Manufacturing, Quality ,Purchasing &Service to solve issues within current product in CHZ plant, and provide technology support for testing team of Changzhou Engineering.


Job Responsibilities
？ Conceive and provide practical design solutions for driveline functional requirements
？ Preparation and delivery of complex product designs using CAD system (Pro/E)
？ Conduct design calculations, simulation and analysis
？ Work for validation with testing, workshop & suppliers to bring about timely introduction of designs
？ Provide guidance and technical support to other departments as required
？ Other tasks assigned by superior


Minimum Qualifications
？ Mechanical education or relevant
？ Above 5 years working experience in design of gears, gear box , axle
？ Experience in systematic calculation
？ Validation experience of whole driveline and each single compeonent
？ Ability to communicate in English - Written and spoken
