职位描述：
1. Support optimization of Safety and Health and Environment
? Inform the safety and health and environmentinformationrelated to maintenance work to M&R team member.
? Execute a safety action plan to reduce safety
Accidents / incidents in the plant.
? Conduct safety inspection of the plant.
? Conduct & encourage the subordinates to submit Near-miss
2. Installation supervision
? Supervise the installation ensure the quality meet GB and company rules.
? Give some instruction for installation 20%
3. Increase of productivity and Improved product quality
? Support Yield-up activities related to M&P part
? Support regional technology group activities as like rebuilding APH, Increase lifetime of Tread Reactor
4. Planning and Scheduling of Turn-around work
? Collect and conduct the maintenance & repair work orders related M&P parts of request teams.
? Modify or change parts to improve efficiency of facilities.
? Manage the critical spare parts related to M&P part.
? Control and Keep the turnaround budget with overtime of M&P part.
5. Develop and draw-up a plan to reduce unplanned downtime
? Conduct preventive maintenance activities for the critical equipment periodically.
? Analyze and identified by the root cause analysis of troubled equipment an unplanned downtime.
6. Maintenance budget
? Execute the maintenance budget of mechanical equipment parts.
? Find and submit to the cost saving items related to the M&P.
7. People management and training
? Management the attendance of mechanical maintenance staff every day
? Make the training plan of mechanical maintenance staff and carry out

Knowledge
Ability
? Knowledge of mechanical technique
? Knowledge &experience to solve many problems
? Ability to supervise & lead subordinates or vendors
? To maintain amicable personal relations
? Effective verbal and written communication skill
? English reading and writing skill?
? Bachelors or equivalent degree in Mechanical engineering and related discipline
