职位描述：
岗位职责：

 

1. 从质量的角度，管理所有与OE制造商相关活动的有效运行。（比如，维护与原厂配套商的关系，保证内外部客户需求与优先权的沟通，更新每个OE制造商的标准和信息要求） Manage all the operative activities related to the assigned OE Manufacturers acting as the key customer representative within Pirelli group from the Quality viewpoint (e.g.: maintain relationships with the OEMs, guarantee internal/external communications about the customer needs and priorities, insert and update on each OEM's web portal all the metrics and information required).

2. 为了获得OE制造商对工厂/规模的批准，保证所有活动与OE项目管理计划一致Guarantee any activity in line with the OE Project Management Plan in order to obtain factory/sizes homologations by OEMs.

3. 熟悉OE制造商的需求并传递到工厂，以确保生产并实现客户Q1, JLRQ认证 Familiar OEM special requirement and transfer to the local plant to ensure the production and achieve customer certification Q1,JLRQ

4. 在OE供应商参观倍耐力工厂时，根据审核要求支持所有活动的正常实施。

Support the activities regarding the audits carried out by the OEMs during their visits at Pirelli plants/central offices.

5. 确保OE客户索赔收集(PPM数据库)和协调有效行动，旨在分析和解决OEM抱怨与其相关的职能部门

Ensure that the OE customer claims are collected (in the PPM database) and coordinate the operative actions aimed at analysing and solving the OEM claims interacting with the involved functions.

6. 保证与所有涉及到的职能部门关系适当的G8D管理（例如OE质量、市场质量、研发技术,物流,质控…)

Guarantee the proper G8D management interacting with all the involved functions (e.g. Sector OE Quality, Market Quality, R&D Technical Accounts, Logistics ,T&Q...).

7. 确保高级管理层和米兰总部的月度报告，关于项目状态OEM要求，以及NC&CCAR

Ensure to the Top Management & Milan HQ for the monthly report with the program status & 0 km OEM claim ,also for the NC &CCAR .

8. 对于进口的OE尺寸，确保任何活动在项目期限内及时完成并解决进口的与其他倍耐力工厂的轮胎抱怨反馈给OE制造商

For imported OE sizes, guarantee any activity with program timing stone in time and solve the imported tire claims with other pirelli factory to feedback to OEM.

9. 根据OEM的建议，推动工厂改善NC项目

Pushing plant improvement for NC items suggested by OEM .

 

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限 Above bachelor degree, no limited professional

2. 2年以上相关工作经验 More than 2 years’ experience of work with tire or quality system management.

3. 熟悉5大质量工具， 8D，TS16949，VDA6.3等，

Be familiar with 5 quality tools ,8D,TS16949,VDA6.3

4. Good oral, listen and writing English
