Job Purpose:
? Support DCM&DP Head to set up Sandoz China Bidding strategy and annual action plan
? Analyse the trend & direction of national and key provinces bidding policy
? Support ACM to set up and implement area bidding activity
? Optimize bidding data and information via cross function communication and cooperation
? Work out annual national bidding price approval of authorization with BPA
? Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulation
Major Accountabilities:
? Initiate "one province one planning " to proactive manage province bidding case
? Update national bidding data and information timely
? Work on improving tender SOP to better facilitate business
? Propose price bidding and negotiation strategy to win tenders
Job responsibilities:
Education : Bachelor degree or above in business or science; Languages: Good oral and written English
Experience:
-At least 5 years’ experience in bidding management
-Experience in multinational company is preferred
-Good knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry
-Optimistic and easy going
