Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
Effectively support SFE and Sales Training department to implement in sales force effectiveness, include sales data collecting and delivering, logistic support of training activities, and other admin assist.
Responsible for the basic work of order process, SFE and training demand planning.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
? Implemented training programs at office sites, including pre-course preparation, in-course lo-gistics and post-course evaluation and follow up.
? Dominated, follow up and responsible for MCR project independently, complete the relevant report and communication with the external and internal colleagues, and internal MCR training for new employees.
? Support to SFE project, including but not limited to translate and draft the training documents, project training and design project communication program, etc.
? 50% of working time complete SFE related work, 50% of working time support operations for the training overall tasks
? Complete the assignments from SFE & Sales Training Head. Implemented training programs at office sites, including pre-course preparation, in-course logistics and post-course evaluation and follow up.
Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education :
Languages: Bachelor degree or above
Middle level above in English speaking, reading and writing
Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience, one year experience in training experience or training support is preferred.
Competency:
Meticulous and responsible
? Takes initiative to optimize work efficiency
? Excellent English reading ,Writing ,Speaking
? Results and action oriented
? Interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
? Good cross-functional communication
? Strong time management skills
? Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and overall computer and computer organizational skills.
