职位描述：
- Directly carry out the activities and analysis needed to support the Organisation department by:
o carrying out the activities needed to manage changes in the processes and in the organisation
o operatively managing all the stages of organisation analysis, from the analysis itself to the deployment of the needed actions, including the issues related to inter-functional integration
o supporting the manager in the functional coordination of HR Organisation activities at region/country level
- Cooperate with the HR Line Managers by providing, when needed, specific organizational competence for all the organizational issues/initiatives and for the cross-functional issues
- Carry out the activities aimed at assuring internal/external benchmarking, identification of the best practices and training in order to spread around inside the company a culture of organizational awareness and of continuous improvement."
- Contribute to the definition and to the updating of the corporate roles/standard positions
- Cooperate, with the functions involved, in the definition of internal procedures, in the delegation of powers and in the deployment of internal/external Audits about improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above;
- 3 years related working experience in MNC; organization project experience in top agencies is highly preferred;
- Smart and quick, response well under pressure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
