ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Uses measuring instruments to inspect parts, products and/or processes and ensure conformance with standards, at receiving, in process or as directed.
- Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system for compliance, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards.
- Stamps mark of approval or rejection on product and writes report of examinations.
- Responsible for gauge control activities including responsibility to ensure outside gauges are
properly scheduled, packaged, and submitted.
- Performs analysis of RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) material.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Basic blueprint reading
Knowledge of DAVCO product
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of basic gages
Knowledge of ISO/TS specifications

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Mandarin / English

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Basic Math

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Prefer Certified Quality Technician

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

--检查产品规格是否符合公司的质量控制体系，运输和包装设施是否符合特定的标准；

--对产品是否符合标准进行标识，并出具检测报告；

--负责检测仪表操作，包括仪表的维护，包装；

--RGA（退货授权）材料分析。

职位要求：

--能独立阅读专业图纸；

--有相关货物的相关知识；

--有基本的计算机操作能力（word，excel，powerpoint）；

--有ISO/ TS规范的相关知识；

--语言能力：能直接用英语与海外客户联系；

--数学能力：基础数学测算能力；

--认证资质要求：有相关资质资格将优先考虑；

--体能要求：工作中需要偶尔搬移50磅重的货物。
