I. Overall Job Description:
Provide professional & on time sales support to ABB frontend organizations worldwide, in order to increase profitable sales from whole ABB value chain and win market shares for our products made in China; meanwhile provide input & analysis about market to help management setup / adjust strategy.
II. Major Responsibilities:
? Achieve sales target in term of value, margin and unit, for assigned product and / or region, based on follow-up & review with individual LBU’s budget
? Responsible for a correct price / margin from the ABB perspective in cooperate with global KAM, LBU frontend colleagues and price management
? Drive business & internal trainings for products / applications, with support from local management, and cooperate with product managers, segment managers, service managers
? Working closely with frontend team to understand market such as market demands, customer request, competition status, SWOT situation, market prices, etc., and bring feedbacks with analysis & provide proposal
? Develop market plans, product introductions, new product launch, etc. together with management, maximizing the sales of the products
? Drive and support market events for assigned product and / or region
? Provide overall rolling forecast monthly with daily dialogue to assigned region
? Communicate & support frontend colleagues in terms of quotation, ordering, first-line technical questions, etc. at daily basis, with support from backend technical teams within and/or outside of our own department
? Traveling together with frontend colleagues to visit existing / potential customers and/or partners, to help frontend to grasp orders from the market
? Maintain necessary databases
? Provide customized solution to meet customer request
? Perform other relative duties as assigned
III. Requirements:
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and writing, is must
Minimum relevant experience: 2-3 years in technical sales support / sales & marketing / proposal / process position for investment manufacturing equipment or its consumers.
Minimum Education Level: University degree majored in mechanical engineering / robotics / industrial automation or other engineering degrees
? Technical related working experience (preferred)
? Good interpersonal communication & presentation skill (must)
? Proactive, initiative and analytical ability (must)
? Customer orientated but result driven (must)
? A good team player (must)
? Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (desired)
? Knowledge on SAP (desired)
? Available & willing traveling worldwide (preferred)
? Multi-national / foreign invested company working experience strongly (preferred)
