Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to support DD manager and field DD manager. The responsibility of this position is to conduct 5 star base standard project/ VI project/ Dealer document management/ Meeting assistance etc.
Responsiblity:
1.Conduct 5 star dealer base standard project: Optimal base standard and assessment process as demand. Monitor assessment process and support dealer to develop as AGCO's requires.
2.Conduct VI project: Communication VI materials and price with vendor. Support dealer VI materials allocation. Support image shop establish as schedule.
3.Resposiblity of Dealer document: Updating dealer list, Dealer agreement management, New dealer establish into SAP.
4.Meeting Assistance: DRC/ Dealer Conference
5.Support DD Manager for work process optimal and development
Qualifications:
- High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Project, etc
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Business sense, Result-oriented, problem-solving
- The ability to work with other departments in a team environment is essential.
