具有销售管理的专业知识技能,了解区域市场信息;
具有至少一年的区域销售经验,有农机销售经验者优先;
具有良好的沟通协调能力及解决问题的能力;
能使用word、excal、ppt等办公软件。
Job Summary
Under the leadership of the regional sales manager, as the bridges of contact between the company and market. Push company policy and product effectively to dealers and end-users, to reach sales target by customer satisfaction. Feedback market information timely and accurately for the reference of management decision.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for completing the annual sales target
Responsible for processing orders according to the sales plan
Responsible for product delivery and payment recovery
Responsible for market promotion activity
Responsible for collection and feedback on the information of market, product and quality
Responsible for the routine work and other task arranged by superior
Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery, with mechanical manufacturing technology
Rich products knowledge, especially for HHP tractor & Combine, Hay-tools
Ordinary Marketing management & sales promotion skills
The ability of coordination
The ability to solve contradictions
The ability of quick reaction
KPIs
Sale target completion rate
Order fulfilment rate
Credit return rate
