职位描述：
Lab Supervisor

Reports To：Quality Manager
1.Production analysis management
? Analysis on product, raw oil, physical analysis of FG, tail gas, COA, etc, and keep all those data tracking
? Provide on time reporting and support production team with process improvement
? Provide data trend analysis & forecast and support Plant management team in decision making
2. Lab equipment
? Establish/update lab equipment management system & process
? Lead team members to follow all the working process and keep updating according to status
? Maintain and calibrate all equipment in lab periodically; keep all equipment in good situation.
3. Samples management
? Receive raw material samples, Carbon Black samples, outside examples and organize the all the analysis activities
? Data collection and analysis
? Share reports with related department and suggest for improvement
4. Safety Management
? Provide safety training to team members
? Participate in JSA and support SHE department with the improvement
? Lead team in potential risk analysis and improvement
Tester:
Use testing equipment to get accurate quality data and carry on effective analysis. Identify quality issues and report on time. Keep all the testing related equipment well managed. Continues improve working efficiency& results delivering.

Water chemist:
Tracking water chemistry index and control as SOP & technical requirement. Identify water related problem or potential risk and report on time.Keep all the water chemist equipment in well managed.Continues improve working efficiency&results delivering.
Knowledge Skills and Ability：
? Learn well about processing technique; be able to analyze rubber
? Be able to operate and use analytical equipments; know the theory on the equipment; certain ability on maintaining and calibrating equipment.
? Excellent communication ability.
? Skilled Office software operation
? Basic English communication
? College or equivalent degree, or above; professional qualifications certificate on quality is preferred;
? At least five-year experience on analysis; be qualified as position certificate of analyst
