职位描述：
I.POSITION PURPOSE工作任务:
能独立对经销商技术服务人员以及内部服务人员，进行服务技术培训和指导。
Can train the Dealer’s service technicians and internal technicians independently.
编制教材和考核试卷，包括教学视频制作。组织培训，完成培训后报告统计汇总及培训分析等工作。
Compiling training material, prepare the exam ,making the training Video. Organizing the training course, Completing the training reports, summarizing statistics report after training course.
参与不断完善爱科技术培训体系。
Participating in perfect AGCO technical training system..
参与经销商服务人员技能等级评级工作，以及技能竞赛等工作
Participating in certificating dealer service staff skill level, and the skills competition and so on..
必要时，参与服务现场的技术支持工作
When necessary, to participate in the technical support work in field..
培训部教具、工具、量具、教材等物料的统计和管理工作。
To statistics and manage teaching AIDS, tools, measuring tools, materials or other materials .

II.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责:
独立进行售后服务技术的培训和指导。
To do technical service training and guidance independently.
编制高质量的培训教材，考核试卷，教学视频。
To prepare high quality training material, examination papers, teaching video.
组织培训，做好培训前的准备工作，培训中的管理工作，完成培训后的培训报告、考核成绩、学员名单汇总、培训评估等各项报表。
Organizing training, the preparation before training, training of management work, after training report, the exam results, participants list summary, training evaluation report
需参与部门组织的各项技能考核工作，如技能等级评级，技能大赛等
Participating in certificating dealer service staff skill level, and the skills competition and so on.
必要时，至现场，参与技术支持工作
When necessary ,.to take part in the technical field support to service jobsite.
对培训部的各项物料做好统计和管理工作
To statistics and manage teaching AIDS, tools, measuring tools, materials or other materials .
部门工作需要，参与其他非常态化的支持工作。
Department needs, involved in the support of other caused abnormality

III.EDUCATION教育:
Graduated from College or above. 经受过大专以上教育

IV.TRAINING & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED 所需要的技能:
For farm equipment of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine knowledge has certain master
对农机设备的机械、液压、电气、发动机知识有一定的掌握
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 优秀的口头和书面表达能力。
Excellent interpersonal skills 卓越的人际关系技巧
Well organized 服从管理
Reliable and able to work independently 可靠性、工作独立性
Thoroughly understands the assigned role and how it relates to other organizations with which there is interaction (outside AGCO as well as internal to AGCO) 能够了解自己所从事的岗位矩阵，自己岗位和兄弟部门的关联（国内和国外的）

V.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED工作经验:
Basic service / repair experience with wheel tractor as well as the related equipment industry, dealers, and customers required.
有基本的拖拉机和相关的的服务经验
Previous experience in Training， Technical Support, Field Service and/or dealership operations a plus.
之前，有代理商技术培训，技术支持，现场支持经验则尤佳
3+ years service working in well-known tractor factory.
3年以上知名的拖拉机厂家工作经验
Good English skills in oral, certain technical English reading ability
良好的的英语表达能力，一定的技术英语的阅读能力
