Key responsibilities: 工作职责

1.Timely and accurate verification and arrangement of transport orders;

及时准确的安排每日的运输订单

2.Daily shipment follow up with supplier and carrier

每日与供应商和承运商协调跟踪货物情况

3.Maintain tracking record and provide report accordingly

及时更新货物状态和各项报表

4.Timely resolving of exceptional events/customer request in transport arrangements

及时有效处理现场各种突发状况和客户的需求

5.Ensure 100% data integrity and proper management of information

保证100%的数据有效性和及时的信息沟通

6.Perform any special duties or project assigned by management

Requirements/Qualifications: 技能要求

1.Colleague degree, major in logistics/international trade related preferable;

大学专科及以上学历

2.Over 1 year working experiences in related area;

一年以上工作经验

3.High quality oriented and responsible;

工作细致，责任感强

4.Basic English in reading & writing;

基本的英文理解和书写能力

5.Good communication skills, and team work spirit;

有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力

6.Strong executive ability;

较强的执行力和现场处理问题的能力

7.Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word etc;

熟悉计算机操作，良好使用 Microsoft Office Excel, Word etc
